New Patient Registration
On joining the practice you will be required to see the Health Care Assistant for a New Patient Assessment within the first month. Please bring with you a urine sample and details of previous illnesses vaccinations etc.
If you are taking regular medication, you will need to see a doctor before obtaining any repeat medication so it is vital to have your patient assessment and bring with you your medications in their original containers.
You have a right to see a particular GP if you so wish.
Please note however, that you may have to wait longer to see your preferred GP and it may not be possible for you to see them in cases of urgent consultations.
We can provide a telephone or face to face interpreting service, this service will enable us to assist any patient who may have limited or no English Language skills and British Sign Language.

The Practice will undertake an access audit on an annual basis in order to determine that our services for the disabled remain current and appropriate.
Patient facilities include:-
Disabled patients are able to make appointments using the email system as well as the telephone service and face to face access at reception.
If you feel you need extra help when visiting one of our sites, please phone ahead to advise and we will do our utmost to assist you.
