These are available for patients receiving regular medication prescribed by the doctors.
Requests can be posted, emailed, or brought to the surgery, allowing 48 hours for collection at all times. You can arrange collection of your prescription in consultation with your local chemist or by providing a stamped addressed envelope for us to return it to you.
We cannot take prescription requests over the phone in any c ircumstances due to risk of errors.
Stretton patients can email firstname.lastname@example.org and Branston patients can email email@example.com. Please note that you will NOT get a response from the reception team to acknowledge receipt of your request unless we have explicit consent from you that we are able to use your email address.
If you wish to receive an email acknowledgment, please send us an email with the following wording:
I, (enter name), of (enter address), DOB (enter date of birth), hereby consent to my email address being used by the practice.
Once this has been received, a note will be made in your records.
